LEGGZ OPEN HOUSE!
It’s BACK! We are going to have an Open House on Sunday, October 14th from 2-5pm. This is so new students can register and get to know the Leggz Family. We will need all assistant teachers there to help, (you will be performing), students who received a performance letter, and a few parent volunteers.
RECITAL
Our 31st Recital is scheduled for Sunday, May 26, 2019 at the Bob Carr Theatre. ALL STUDENTS, EXCEPT FOR LITTLE STARS, ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RECITAL. The recital starts at 5:00pm and ends at 9pm. If you feel that you or your child can not stay for the entire recital, then, please do not sign them up for it. (3-5 Year old students, have an option to leave during intermission, approximately 7pm)
RECITAL AGREEMENT
In order to improve the efficiency of the recital, we will be requiring every family to sign a recital agreement. Please come in and sign this Agreement by October 20, 2018. For the safety of your children, ALL STUDENTS MUST REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THE ENTIRE SHOW! (Creative Dance, Tumblebear & SOME Hippity Hop and Tippy Tap students may purchase a ½ price ticket to go into the audience after Act 1. If a ½ price ticket is not purchased, the child will remain backstage with a volunteer during Act 2.) If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, please ask.
STUDENT COSTUME SIZING
During the week of December 17th – 22nd, parents, have the opportunity, to choose their child’s costume size. We will make recommendations based on the style and fabric of the costume, but the final choice will be the parent’s. (Please inquire at the receptionist’s desk.) Any costume that needs to be returned will be subject to a restocking and shipping fee which is determined by each manufacturer. This additional charge will be put on the student’s account. Please keep in mind that any costume that has pants will most likely have to be hemmed. Costume companies usually put a very long pant leg on all costumes to accommodate all students’ leg lengths.

RECITAL COSTUMES
We are now taking a deposit of $35 per costume. There is a separate costume for each class that your child takes. THE DEPOSIT IS DUE BY OCTOBER 20th. All recital costumes MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 14TH, AND we must have a Costume Order Form on file. Please come in and fill out the Costume Order Form by October 20th. Any costumes, paid between December 16th & 22nd, will be charged an extra $5.00 per costume.
NO COSTUMES WILL BE ORDERED THAT ARE NOT PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 22nd!
The cost for costumes will be $60, per costume, for Creative Dance, Tumblebears, Tippy Tap & Hippity Hop and $65, per costume, for all others. Any student who needs an extra-large adult or larger will be charged an extra fee. This fee varies for each costume, so please inquire at the desk. Costumes MUST be ordered during Christmas Break to guarantee delivery in May. Students will be measured for costumes in class Nov. 5th -Nov. 10th. PLEASE DO NOT BE ABSENT! Parents of Creative Dance, Tumblebear, Tippy Tap, and Hippity Hop students should be on hand to go over recital procedures and ask any questions that they may have concerning the recital.

RECITAL
Our 31ST Anniversary Recital is scheduled for Sunday, May 26th. ALL STUDENTS, (EXCEPT FOR LITTLE STARS), ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RECITAL. The recital starts at 5:00pm and ends at 9pm. If you feel that you or your child can not stay for the entire recital, please do not sign them up for it.
RECITAL POLICY
For the safety of your children, we have a backstage recital policy. For your child to participate in the recital, parents must sign both our Recital Agreement and our Costume Order Form. These forms are designed to keep our fabulous recital running smoothly and may be obtained at the front desk. Students are required to remain backstage for the entire recital. If you have any questions concerning either the recital or the costume policy, please don’t hesitate to ask.
PLEASE SPEAK UP
If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s dance training, studio policies, recital, etc., please don’t hesitate to speak with me! I am more than happy to explain things to you or to “fix” anything that might not be working. I am constantly trying to make things better here at Leggz and I am always open to new suggestions. I can’t be in all places at once, so I rely on other people’s eyes to help. Also, by explaining our teaching methods to parents, we increase our educating power to the students. SO, SPEAK UP!
DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know that we have classes for ages 18-36 months? These are our Little Stars Classes and they are offered on Friday at 5:45 & Saturday at 11:00am. These are parent/child classes that prepare your little one for our Creative Dance and Tumblebears classes. Little Stars Classes work on coordination, rhythm, balance and encourage taking turns and learning other valuable social skills. Is your Little Star dancing every time music comes on? Bring her/him in to try a FREE Class!
Did you know that we are thinking of having an ADULT TAP CLASS? This class would take place On Monday at 8:00pm. If you are interested, please sign up at the desk. We also have YOGA CLASSES on Saturday at 9am. Why let your kids have all the fun? Come try a class for FREE and see how much fun dance can be!
ATTENTION ALL BALLET STUDENTS IN LEVELS 1 AND UP
Starting with Level 1, we teach the students Character Dance in addition to classical ballet. Character Dance is performed in all the major ballets such as, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia and Nutcracker. Levels 1& 2 learn Hungarian dance, Levels 3&4 learn Russian dance, Levels 5&6 learn Polish Court dance, Level 7 learns Hungarian Court dance & Level 8 learns Russian Court. To teach these techniques properly, the students must have Character Skirts & Shoes. These need to be ordered by September 8TH so that we can begin teaching in October. If you have not ordered your skirt and shoes, please do so by the 9th. If you sew, we do have a pattern for the skirt that you can make yourself. The skirts we order are made very well and should last your child about 2 years. At that time, you can resell it before ordering a new one.
Also, students in Grades 6-8 need to have a large white silk Free Movement Scarf. The cost for this is $38. This also MUST BE ORDERED BY SEPTEMBER 8TH.
LEGGZ 30TH ANNIVERSARY APPAREL
Do you love Leggz? Do you love bling? Time to order your Leggz 30th Anniversary shirt, tank, shorts or dance bag, LOADED with BLING! What a great Christmas present! Samples and order forms are available at the desk.
COMMITMENT
If you or your child begins to study dance, I would suggest that a commitment be made for a certain length of time. I do not believe in making anyone take dance lessons, but I strongly feel that once one starts, the commitment should be followed through. Dancing can be difficult and fun at the same time. It will develop discipline, determination and self confidence that are so necessary to succeed in life. Its rewards are not instantaneous. It takes patience, energy, and a positive outlook. These traits will not be developed if one “gives up”. Hang in there everybody. You’ll be glad you did when you look back and see your accomplishments.
LABOR DAY
We will be closed on Monday, September 3rd for Labor Day. This is one of our yearly holidays, and the classes do not need to be made up. We are going to be open on Saturday, September 1st.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING OUR EMAILS AND IF NOT, PLEASE NOTIFY US. FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK, WATCH OUR VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE, AND PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE BLOG TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE AT LEGGZ!

April Newsletter 2018

TOES, TAPS & TIDBITS
April 2018
ABSENCES
We only have approximately 8 more classes until the recital. Many students are frequently absent and this holds up the rest of the class while the absent child tries to catch up. This is frustrating for everyone. We have a recital ABSENTEE POLICY. If your child misses a total of 4 classes during the months of March, April and May, we have THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PERFORM IN THE RECITAL. It is not fair to have a child dance in front of 1200 people when they don’t know what they are doing. Also, it takes away from the rest of the class because the dance does not look as good as it could. So, if you want your child to perform,,,DON’T LET HER/HIM BE ABSENT!
BACKSTAGE CREW
We still need volunteers for the recital. Without your help “the show can not go on”. The dancers are counting on your to help make this recital a success. We must have approximately 50 volunteers to make the show run smoothly. NOTE: Most volunteers will get to watch half of the show, and of course, you can always watch from the side of the stage when your child is performing. We would like to ask that you volunteer by April 30th so that we can list your name in our recital program. Also, I need someone to decorate the lobby during the rehearsal and also take it apart after intermission.
ADS FOR RECITAL PROGRAM
Don’t forget to submit your ads for our wonderful souvenir recital program! These ads are due April 21st. What a wonderful way to promote your business or tell your child how much you appreciate all the hard work they put into their dancing!! Last year’s program is available for viewing to get ideas.
RECITAL TICKETS
Recital Tickets are currently on sale, and will be, through the studio until April 28th. After that, you will still be able to purchase them through the Dr. Philips Center, (they own Bob Carr), or at the Box Office on the day of the Recital. Please refer to your ticket sheets for ticket sale procedure. We will only accept cash or credit cards when purchasing tickets.
PICTURE DAY
Photos will be taken of the students in their recital costumes on Sunday, May 20,2018 (schedule will follow). The photos will be taken by Photography by Skip Stowers. More information will be given as the date gets closer.
ATTENTION PARENTS:
Please make sure that your children come prepared and READY TO DANCE. Precious time is being wasted fixing hair and removing jewelry. Ballet students MUST have their hair in a bun or similiar style that doesn’t allow the hair to move. ALL STUDENTS must have their hair up & held securely so that it doesn’t fall apart during class. Scrunchies DO NOT hold hair in place! Please make sure that they have all of their supplies when they come to class or they will be asked to sit and observe the class.
RECITAL T-SHIRTS
Don’t forget to order your 30th Anniversary Recital T-shirt! Orders are due by April 14th.
MARRIOTT HOTEL
The Marriott Hotel, across from Bob Carr Theatre, is going to give us group rates for Saturday, May 26th and Sunday, May 27th. If you have more than one child in the recital, or your child is in many numbers, it is much more convenient to stay at the hotel rather than drive back and forth to the theatre. We have reserved 25 rooms for Saturday and 50 rooms for Sunday. The group rate is only $129 a night if you reserve by 5:00pm, Friday April 27, 2018. Reservations requests received after 5:00pm local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability. You can make reservations by calling 1 (800) 228-9290 and just use the Leggz Dance Academy name.
RECITAL DVD
Recital DVDs are $35.00, $45 for Blu-ray and may be ordered directly through Diacom Productions. Their number is 1-877-234-2266 or you may order them online at www.diacomproductions.com. If you prefer to mail in your order, order forms are also available at the desk. Don’t miss out on preserving your child’s wonderful performance! Get your professional DVD , you won’t want to miss a minute of it!
SPECIALTY NUMBER REHEARSAL DATES
Dates have been set for our specialty number rehearsals. Students must attend ALL practices.

May 17 & 24 during the Jazz class.
“DADS’ DANCE” Rehearsal Dates
May 3, 10, 17, 24 – All Rehearsals are 8:00-9:00pm
MAKE UP CLASSES
We are now in full recital mode. If your child needs to make up an absence in another class, please try to bring her/him to another class that is taught by the same teacher. Or, if the class is combined with another, please bring your child to that class. This will make it easier for the teacher to go over what your child missed and it will help them to catch up.
COMBINED CLASSES
Any student who is in a class that is combined with another class should check with their instructor as to when to start attending the other class. Most students should be attending their combined classes as often as they can by now. There is no extra charge for the extra class, but it is important to attend in order to get used to working with the other students in the class.
ATTENTION ALL HIP HOP 1 & JAZZ 2 STUDENTS
Just a reminder of our studio policy. If your child is currently in Hip Hop 1 and is recommended for Hip Hop 2 next year then she/he will have to take a 2nd class in either Ballet, Jazz or Modern. Hip Hop derives a lot of its steps from those classes, and having a knowledge of them will help them to succeed in Hip Hop 2. If your child is currently in Jazz 2 is selected to move up to level 3, then they must also take Ballet. It is impossible to succeed in the upper Jazz levels without Ballet training. Not every student moves up a level each year because all children learn and develop at the different pace, but if your child is chosen for Hip Hop 2 or Jazz 3 please start thinking about their additional class for the fall.
EASTER
We will be open on March 30th & 31st , Good Friday and Holy Saturday.
ATTENTION ALL KINDERGARTENERS!
I would like to invite all of our Kindergarten students, and their parents, to attend and observe one or more of our classes during the week of April 2nd – 7th. Any child who is going into 1st grade next year is now eligible to take Ballet, Tap and/or Jazz. Deciding which to study is sometimes a difficult decision for both children and parents. By watching a class in April, it will help you make a decision for Summer and/or Fall classes.
WHY SHOULD I TAKE SUMMER CLASSES?
Summertime is a great time to improve your dance education. Students who are having difficulty keeping up can improve their skills and those who want to get ahead can sometimes “skip” a level because they took class during the summer. Intermediate and Advanced level students should definitely take summer classes so they don’t regress. Every month you don’t dance takes two months to regain your strength, stretch, stamina, balance and technique. So, by not taking summer classes, it will take you until December 2017 to get back to the same level you are at now.
The summer schedule is available now, and unlike during the year, we will prorate the tuition if you know you will miss a class or two due to vacation.
ATTENTION BALLET STUDENTS IN LEVELS 3 AND ABOVE
All students in Ballet 4 and above are required to take Ballet Tech 1 in addition to your grade class. The requirements that need to be fulfilled to progress can not be done taking only 1 Ballet class a week. (It is requested that students in Ballet 3 also take Tech 1 to increase their progress.) If you are not already in Pointe class, are in Ballet 3 and above, and are interested in taking Pointe for the 2017/18 Dance Season, then Miss Diana will be coming in to test you, during the Ballet 3 class, in a couple of weeks. If you are chosen for the Pointe class, you will be notified in writing during the summer. Please keep in mind that when you take Pointe, you must also take your regular Ballet class and a Ballet Tech class. In addition, your parents must be prepared to purchase at least 2 pairs of Pointe shoes each year at a cost of approximately $85.00.

March Newsletter 2018

TOES, TAPS & TIDBITS
March 2018

RECITAL REMINDER
This year our Recital will be on Sunday, May 27, 2018 and begin at 5:00pm. Rehearsal will be the same day and will start at 8:30am. Students only need to be there for the rehearsal of their dance(s), (schedule will follow later.) In order to be in the Recital, performing students are required to attend the Rehearsal. NO PHOTOS OR VIDEO TAPING MAY BE TAKEN DURING THE RECITAL. STILL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOTAPING MAY BE DONE AT THE REHEARSAL ONLY.
Here is a brief summary, for those of you who are new to the recital. We will be on a very tight schedule. We start at 6:00am unloading and setting up equipment. This takes about 2 hours. Rehearsal begins at 8:30am and goes until 3:00. We take a break until 4:00 which is when everyone is required to be at the theatre, and the show starts at 5:00. The recital runs 4 hours, which is pretty amazing since we have about 57 dances in the show. This includes a 20 min intermission, trophies and finale. In order to shorten the show, we have combined many classes.
BACKSTAGE CREW
Volunteers are needed to help backstage for the recital. At this time, I still need people to help look after the students while they are backstage. Creative, Tumblebear & Hippity Hop classes need 2 parents per dance to volunteer. If you would like to be in charge of your child’s class, you must request that. If we already have enough parents for that class, you will be assigned another one. At this point, we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same room as your child, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Also, if you help backstage you will still see at least half of the show without having to buy a ticket, and you will see your child’s dance. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST ATTEND THE VOLUNTEER MEETING WHICH IS SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, MAY 19th at 1:00pm.
IMPORTANT
Please be respectful to your teacher, classmates, and your body by attending class and getting to class on time. We have had quite a few absences lately. Your attendance is very important because dance is built from a foundation such as language or math. It is quite frustrating to “pick it up” without the necessary basics and it is unrealistic to think your body will stay in shape without being in class regularly. We are working on routines for the recital and it is difficult to choreograph and teach dances without everyone present. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE ABSENT 4 TIMES TOTAL DURING THE MONTHS OF MARCH, APRIL, AND MAY, YOU MAY BE TOLD THAT YOU CANNOT BE IN THE RECITAL!! IT IS NOT FAIR TO THE CLASS OR TO YOUR CHILD TO PUT THEM ON STAGE WHEN THEY DO NOT KNOW THE DANCE!! Note: If you are in Ballet 1-8, due to the Ballet Exams, you will only be starting your recital dance after the exams. All dances must be completed by May 1st. That means we only have 4 classes to learn the entire dance, so DON’T BE ABSENT!!
PICTURE DAY
Photos will be taken of the students in their recital costumes on Sunday, May 20, 2018 (schedule will follow). The photos will be taken by, Photography by Skip Stowers.
RECITAL MUSIC FLASH DRIVES
Flash drives of the recital music for each dance will be available for home practice at the end of February. This is a wonderful tool for the students, so they can perfect their recital dances. The Flash Drives are $8.00 for the first song, $2 for each additional song, payable in advance, and may be ordered at the desk. As a bonus, if you only use your flash drive for Recital Music, you may reuse it next year!
SPRING BREAK
We will be closed for Spring Break from March 18th- 25th. These classes do not need to be made up; they are figured into our yearly dance session. For the remainder of the school year, there are no other days that we will be closed. We WILL be open for class on Saturday, March 17th.
Rooms will be available as of February 28th.
ATTENTION PARENTS OF STUDENTS AGES 3 – KINDERGARTEN (CREATIVE DANCE, TUMBLEBEARS AND SOME HIPPITY HOP STUDENTS.)
When you signed the recital agreement, one of the statements that you agreed to read, “All students are required to stay for the entire length of the recital”. Parents of students ages 3 through Kindergarten, you do have another option. You may purchase a half price ticket for your child and then they may sit with you during Act 2 of the recital. (This includes all Creative Dance & Tumblebear students and a portion of the Hippity Hop students.) This ticket must be purchased by April 28th. If you decide not to purchase a half price ticket for your child, your child will then sit in the balcony with our wonderful volunteers during Act 2. If you try to get your child without having purchased the half price ticket, you will forfeit your $75 recital fee. In order, to continue to run a very organized recital, we must have a list of our students who are being picked up by their parents. They will have special markings on their wristbands, and will be escorted to a designated area to be picked up by a parent with the matching wristband. In order, to find a student who is not on that list, we have to stop the show and that is just not possible. If your student remains with the volunteers for Act 2, please be assured that your child will be fine in the balcony. (In 29 years, we have never had a problem.) If your child is ill or upset, WE WILL FIND YOU. Otherwise, they are comfortable and enjoying the 2nd half of the show. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to talk to me. We want both of you to have a great show!
MAKE UP CLASSES
We are now in full recital mode. If your child needs to make up an absence in another class, please try to bring her/him to another class that is taught by the same teacher. This will make it easier for them to go over what your child missed, and help them catch up.
TROPHIES
This is the last call for students who have been with us 5 years or longer. We must order trophies for the recital and are not responsible if you fail to notify us. Please email our receptionist, Mrs. Seiter, at yvonne@leggzdance.com by March 10th. Please include your child’s first and last name and the number of years at the studio. We must have your request via email. If a trophy is not ordered because a parent forgot to notify us, then the parent will have to pay for their child’s trophy.
RECITAL DVD’S
The cost for a Commemorative Recital DVD is $35 ($40 for Blu-ray). However, if you order your copy by March 31st, the cost will only be $25 ($30 for Blu-ray)! You may place your order at www.diacomproductions.com or by calling 1-877-234-2266. Don’t miss out! (Order forms will be available soon.)

February Newsletter 2018

TOES, TAPS & TIDBITS
February 2018

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ALL PARENTS WHO SAY THEY DON’T READ OUR NEWSLETTERS. (You’re probably not reading this one either.) These newsletters are designed to keep you up to date on what’s happening at the studio. They also serve as a reminder of important dates and deadlines such as costume money, ballet exams, videos, recital dates, etc. Newsletters are now emailed to you and are also on the blog page of our website. We usually have the same IMPORTANT messages on the marker board and the front door, and all newsletters are on the bulletin board. There is no excuse for not knowing what’s going on. Being uninformed hurts your child, as they are not prepared for or miss certain events. We cannot possibly call every student in the school and remind them, which is why we also have a Leggz app. We send out the newsletters on the last week of the month. If you change your email address, please let us know. By the time April comes, we will be updating the “Blog” page on the website almost every week. So please look for them and READ.
ATTENTION PARENTS
Has your child been studying with us for 5 years or longer? If so, please send an email to Mrs. Seiter at yvonne@leggzdance.com with your child’s first and last name and the number of years with the studio. Emails must be received by February 28th, so we can order a trophy for them.
RODEO DAY
Yes, we are open on Friday Feb 16th, Rodeo Day. Our next holiday is Spring Break, when we will be closed March 18th-25th If there is any other time that the schools are closed, except for weather emergencies, we are still open for class. If you are ever unsure, please consult our “Blog” page on our website and read the current newsletter. Or, even better, download our APP!
PARENT’S VISITATION
We will be having Parent’s Visitation the week of February 12th – 17th. Still and video photography are welcome. Please refrain from bringing small children who may disrupt the class. The new Beginning Ballet, Beginning Hip Hop, and Saturday 11:45 Creative Dance classes WILL NOT be having Parent’s Visitation. They have not been studying long enough and it would be unfair for them to have observers.
RECITAL MUSIC FLASH DRIVES
Flash drives of the recital music for each dance will be available for home practice at the end of February. This is a wonderful tool for the students so they can perfect their recital dances. The Flash Drives are $8.00 for the first song, $2 for each additional song, payable in advance, and may be ordered at the desk. As a bonus, if you only use your flash drive for our Recital Music, you may reuse it next year!
RECITAL TICKETS
Recital Tickets are going on Sale starting March 5th. Since, the Bob Carr Theatre is now owned by the Dr. Phillips Center, ticket sales must be handled differently. Please be sure to read your ticket information paper VERY CAREFULLY, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
BACKSTAGE CREW
Time to join our Backstage Club! Volunteers are needed for the rehearsal and the recital to help out backstage. Various positions (which I will assign), need to be filled. If you would like to join in the excitement backstage, please notify my receptionist, Mrs. Seiter, as soon as possible. Please note that when you sign up, I will be placing you WHERE I NEED YOU. That might not be with your own child. Each Creative, Tumblebear and Hippity Hop dance must have 2 volunteer parents. There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all volunteers on Saturday, May 19th from 1-2pm

January 2018
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday & that you are eager to get back to work. We will be learning many new things during this half of the year so we will need your undivided attention.
RECITAL
Mark your calendars NOW! We are unable to change the rehearsal/recital date. Rehearsal will be Sunday, May 27, 2018 during the morning and afternoon. Recital will also be Sunday, May 27, 2018 starting at 5:00pm and ending at 9pm. That includes the trophy ceremony and a 20 min intermission. NOTE FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS: A Leggz Recital is the safest and fastest running recital of all, with each student wearing an ID band and only 7-10 seconds between dances!
SPECIALTY NUMBERS
If you were selected to perform in the Opening or Closing numbers, please let me know, IN WRITING, if there are any dates that you will be unable to attend rehearsals. Rehearsals will be during the months of April and May. I will be putting together the schedule by February 14th , so please let me know by then.
COSTUMES
Costumes have been ordered. Photos of the costumes will be on the bulletin board soon. By the way, it takes 16 hours just to fill out the order forms. This year we ordered from 9 different companies and purchased over $36,000.00 in costumes! NOTE TO PARENTS: Whether you are purchasing 1 or 10 costumes for your child, I know how expensive it is and how hard it is to come up with the extra money at Christmas time. Please consider making small costume payments starting this summer. We will start receiving payments as early as June. Every little bit helps!
PICTURE DAY
Picture Day for this year’s recital will be on Sunday, May 20th . Photos will be taken by Skip Stowers Photography.
EXCITING NEW CLASSES STARTING JANUARY 21st!
We have 6 new classes starting this month. BEGINNING BALLET (ages 6 & up), BEGINNING HIP HOP (ages 7 & up), BEGINNING TUMBLING (ages 6 & up), CREATIVE DANCE (ages 3-5), HIPPITY HOP (ages 4-6), & of course, Little Stars, our class for ages 18-36 months! Don’t miss out! If your child doesn’t already take one of the above classes, then here is their chance. And all these classes, (with the exception of Little Stars), will be in our exciting 30th Anniversary Recital “In the Good Old Summertime”!

WELCOME NEW INSTRUCTOR, NOAH RICHARDSON!
Noah is so excited to be joining the Leggz Dance Academy family! He grew up dancing at his mother’s own dance studio in Georgia since the age of 3 and caught the teaching bug at 15. Since leaving Georgia, he has established himself among the Disney Entertainment scene with such shows as MainStreet Trolley, Disney Channel Rocks, and Festival of the Lion King to name a few. “I love teaching because it gives you a chance to give something back, a passing of the torch from past to present”

NEW FLOORS ARE DONE!
It was a long and hard two weeks, but the studio floors were torn out and completely replaced. (Look for the progress of photos on Facebook). I would like to thank Brian Papenfuss, Nate Smith and Rene Santiago for giving us a few days of their time to help. A HUGE thank you to Robert Longshore of RJ Longshore, LLC, Handyman Services for doing a spectacular job and making sure that it was done correctly and on time. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any renovations or repairs that you may need for your home or business. He has over 25 years of home building experience. 407-908-8063

HAVE YOU MOVED? CHANGED YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS?
Please update your contact information ASAP if anything has changed. It is important that we are able to reach you. Thanks.
As a bonus, if you only use your flash drive for Recital Music, you may reuse it next year!
JANUARY SCHOOL CLOSING
I know that the Osceola schools are closed on the following day, but WE ARE OPEN FOR CLASSES, on Monday, January 15th, Martin L. King Jr day.
